Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns for any other reason other than damage during shipping without charging a restocking fee. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If the product is returned for any other reason other than damage there will be a 15% non-refundable restocking fee.

Please Email us at: PGMExpresscs@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA"). Once an RMA is received, you must ship products in their original package and condition. We will not accept any returns of USED products or products without original packaging. When shipping, the customer accepts the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We will not ship out a replacement or refund an order until the items are returned and inspected.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. No Exceptions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item please send us an email at PGMExpresscs@gmail.com. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not responsible for lost return packages during shipping. Please be advised to use a tracking service to ensure your package reaches us during the return or exchange process.
