Can I order a single item?
Because we are a wholesale company, our items are packaged and sold in cases. At this time, ordering a single item is not possible. Please inquire with questions about a product. Please read all product descriptions before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated via the UPS shipment center. Feel free to use our shipping calculator located on the cart page. The shipping calculator is just an estimate and actual shipping totals may differ.
Are there any taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Since we are a wholesale website and require our customers to provide a valid business license, no taxes are needed. You will only be charged the price of the product you are ordering as well as the shipping fee.
Can I return unsold product?
We do not accept returns for any other reason other than damage during shipping without charging a restocking fee. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If the product is returned for any other reason other than damage there will be a 15% non-refundable restocking fee.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, please keep an eye out for an email from us with order tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We ship to the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. (only 48 States included)
What is the minimum order amount?
We sell our items by the case, the minimum order amount is one case of a single item.
Do you offer back orders?
No, we do not offer back orders. In the case of an item being out of stock, you will be refunded for the items that are out of stock.
Do I have to be a business owner in order to make a purchase?
As a leading wholesaler, our site is the best source for high quality and durable small appliances, home décor, and personal care items. We believe in small and local businesses which is why we're extending our line of products to small business owners and retailers.
Please be aware that ALL California customers must provide a California Resell Certificate and or proof of Business License. Please fill out the form here.
If proof is not provided within 48 hours of your purchase, order will be canceled and refunded promptly.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please allow up to 14 days from the initial shipping date for your order to arrive. There are possible delays due to COVID-19. If your package was marked as delivered but not received please contact us at PGMExpresscs@gmail.com to file a claim.
I need to return an item, what should I do?

Please Email us at: PGMExpresscs@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA"). Once an RMA is received, you must ship products in their original package and condition. We will not accept any returns of USED products or products without original packaging. When shipping, customer accepts the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We will not ship out a replacement or refund an order until the items are returned and inspected.
